By accessing PrepMaster you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Use of the platform

Content is for personal, non-commercial preparation. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute our question banks, notes, or software. We may suspend accounts that abuse fair-use limits or attempt to circumvent access controls.

Accounts

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Refunds

Paid subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used premium content (e.g. fewer than three premium test attempts). Contact support with your account email and transaction reference. We do not guarantee exam outcomes; fees are for access to preparation tools only.

Materials are educational. We do not warrant that content matches every future exam change. Use PrepMaster alongside official syllabi and announcements from your testing body.
